This paper establishes nonlinear dynamic equation based on the consideration of elastic deformation of shaft which happens in Nasal Aspirators gear meshing process.In addition, the stiffness incentive, error incentive and external incentives caused by eccentric phenomenon during the process are analysed.The Newmark algorithm is also been used.Then the dynamic load Flat Caps coefficient of the gear could be gotten.Based on this, a time-varying reliability algorithm is used to calculate the degree of reliability.

Monte Carlo algorithm is used to prove the accuracy of this method.Finally the numerical example is given.
